Shaneta Oliver, a Jacksonville native and passionate advocate for her community, has dedicated her career to serving underserved communities in education. With a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida, she worked tirelessly in Duval County Public Schools to promote access and equality. Shaneta's teaching journey began as a 1st grade Teacher at Woodland Acres Elementary School. Driven by her commitment to improving education for all students, she relocated to Nashville to teach 2nd grade at Rocketship Education. She then served as Founding Instructional Coach and Grade Level Chair at KIPP Nashville College Prep Elementary School. Returning to her hometown, Shaneta worked as a 1st Grade Teacher and English Language Arts Content Team Lead at KIPP Jacksonville Schools. Now, as the Founding Dean of Operations at Becoming Collegiate Academy, Shaneta is thrilled to cultivate lifelong relationships with families and forge strong community partnerships, ensuring a high-quality educational experience that prepares students for college and beyond.
